Poetry & Visual Art
Ekphrasticism, Redux
Visual Art by Candice James
Poetry by Seemi Qaiser
I don’t need palm trees. I have
the dripping trees
dressed in grunge.
Black leather.
Black weathered
heart of yours
against the pink pulp
of mine.
Of time.
Excerpt from "Flesh" shown. "Flesh" was
written in response the painting, "Pink
Exodus", shown.
