Blessed is the day you were born
For a miracle baby was born
With beautiful eyes to gaze in
And a tender smile so courageous
Long before your first little steps
And your first little mumbling words
Your name was already written
In the palm of God Almighty
You turned out so smart as a child
With so much to offer to the world
Your unlimited potential and capabilities
Indeed you were a gift to this world
Nothing will ever bring you back
But the whole world knows
That you existed
And left your mark in this world
Happy Heavenly Justice, darling girl
Justice was served for you
Celebrate in heaven
Amongst the other victims too
May your soul rest in eternal peace
Biography
Charissa King: I am a Financial Accounting student at the University of South Africa, but it turns out I have a passion for writing and expressing what other people around me are going through.
I believe that prayer, conscience, kindness, empathy, sympathy, and compassion must be our spiritual practices everyday.
