Lost in the mist of darkness, yet falling deeper in love Where tomorrow's path is unseen, I'm searching from above Yelling for help, but my voice remains unheard I'm tired, worn out, but still I have to endure My hope feels lost, like it's slipped away What can I do to find my way? If fate has other plans, and I'm already broken Can fixing it now make a difference, or is it too late to be spoken? Or am I just wasting time, lost in thoughts untold? Thinking of a future unsaid, a path I've yet to unfold A future I planned, but failing to capture Is it too late to fight for it, or should I let it surrender? Should I hold on to what's left, or let it all go? Can I find my way back, or is it time to let the darkness show? But now I'm left with shadows, and a heart that's worn Fading light, and a soul that's torn My heart's broken, captured by the dark Shadows have eaten me alive, it's left its mark I'm afraid I won't break out, won't find my way Trapped in this emptiness, night and day And that's my whole life.
