Deidra Suwanee Dees is a stompdancer, storyteller, and teacher of Mvskoke/Scottish heritage. Dr. Dees works at the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and teaches Native American Studies at the University of South Alabama.

Dr. Dees resides in Atmore, Alabama, United States.
