Biography
Irinka Schröder is a South African poet, Modern Energy Tapping practitioner, and former animal welfare worker.
Her writing draws on lived experience– from years spent in the frontline of emotional care,
to rebuilding after the collapse of a business and marriage.
With a grounding in personal growth and energy work, her poetry explores the intersections of loss, resilience, and quiet transformation.
She believes words hold power not just to express, but to reframe, restore, and reconnect.
Irinka resides in Pretoria.
