Justice Joseph Prah's Artist Page

Biography

Justice Joseph Prah is an accomplished educator, poet, and literary critic based in Accra, Ghana. Teaching African and Western literature at the high school level since 2005, he has made significant contributions to the literary arts. A member of the African Haiku Network since 2015, he writes essays, criticism, and haiku poetry, earning recognition as an ambassador for Africa with the United Haiku Tanka Society. Prah's accolades include an award for Excellence in the Setouchi-Matsuyama Photo Haiku Contest and a runner-up position in the IAFOR Vladimir Devidé Haiku Award. He has twice been a runner-up in the Babishai Niwe Haiku Poetry Contest in Uganda. Prah resides in Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana.
