Biography
Katrina Wickman is a 30-year-old married woman living in Ottawa,
where she works as an educator and moves through the city as a quiet flâneur, attentive to its small wonders.
A Scrabble enthusiast and emerging poet, Katrina believes the beauty of life lives in moments of whimsy—those brief,
shining interruptions that make the ordinary feel electric. Her writing reaches toward freedom from day-to-day monotony,
insisting that there must be more for those of us often misunderstood.
