The celebration feels like light Into a darkened chamber And darkness is the blindness After staring into the glare In between is a life lived Twilight feels like now— A scenery in silent distress In this psychedelia of this familiar canvas I draw a streak of hope This could blend into the ensuing chaos Or could be a dimension of its own This excitement of the unknown Has me transcending existence Yet the beyond, a moment across— It's time to negotiate traffic Life beckons
