Wax Poetry and Art presents online poetry magazines dedicated to publishing English-language poets from all over Europe.
Everyone in Europe can submit to Europe Poetry Magazine. There are also publications dedicated to poets in Bulgaria, Dublin, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, and Ukraine. For cities, Dublin. (United Kingdom poets have a separate webpage for their opportunities.) More publications to be added soon.
