Everyone in Europe can submit to Europe Poetry Magazine. There are also publications dedicated to poets in Bulgaria, Dublin, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, and Ukraine. For cities, Dublin.
