Biography
While studying Architecture, Philosophy, and Visual Art (MFA) Neill wrote poems.
Then, and throughout years as faculty in Visual Art at York and Western, she continued to situate poems in the space of a private coterie.
In 2021, when she self-published “The Record: Mind, Matter and What Happened in 1987”, she had a great deal to say about poetics but not poems.
In 2026, after noticing the curious locus of poems in her life, she decided to start them on a path to public presentation.
