Siphokazi Mjijwa is a dedicated mother and wife whose personal journey through depression ignited her passion for mental health advocacy. Moved by her own struggles, she turned to blogging and writing to shed light on anxiety and depression, aiming to raise awareness, educate, and offer support to others facing similar challenges. She endeavors to empower individuals to confront their mental health battles with courage and resilience. She resides in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
