Poetry Contest #23 – Second Place

Genesis

by Stephen G. Lloyd

I wander as
A troubadour

Partaking in
Creation.

I see the light
In others

Fully drawn.

This curtain
Of uncertainty

A veil.

A dance
Between

Two leavings.

All the edges
Whiten.

A smudge
Of light

Encrypted by
The dark.
