Coda: your song has ended harmonies at times discordant; finally blended souls existing in counterpoint Discordant melodies Soul-scalpelled heart Mind and heart moves closer Picardy third hovers, waiting Minor chords keen vibrato until it can no longer hold this melody Shifting to the major key, lulling shadows away. Echoes hover on an unstable bridge waiting for the third that may or may not resolve.
Biography of the Poet
Michelle Brown is a writer living on Turrbal land in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
She is a history teacher and has been fascinated
with how the songlines of her history intertwine with those of the land she has the pleasure to live on.
